CLIENT agrees to pay a one time, non-recurrent Document Preparation Fee in accordance with the Service Agreement signed by the client for a Federal Student Loan Consolidation or Alternative Repayment Plan through the Department of Education.

The Document Preparation Fee varies between $495 and $1495. The fee shall be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Service Agreement signed by the client.

CLIENT acknowledges that the Document Preparation Fee paid to 8 Consumer Consulting is for the preparation of documentation in accordance with the Service Agreement.

8 Consumer Consulting is Not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Education.

The Document Preparation Fee is NOT sent to the Department of Education or current loan holder.
